Jeff and Alex were in and out in less than an hour. I am very satisfied with their work. The old saddle valve for my R. O. system has been replaced with a quarter turn ball valve. Easy to turn on and off and no leaks.

Oh my gosh I’m so glad I called Colony Plumbing and Heating! Our fireplace wasn’t working correctly and with in 10 minutes the glass front was totally black! Lorenzo to the rescue. What a pleasant young man! So friendly and so knowledgeable! As it turned out, he had some work ahead of him. But he got right to work and now I’m sitting here in front of what seems like a new fireplace! If you want things done right, be sure you call Colony Plumbing and Heating. Even ask for Lorenzo! Twice I had a Plumber appointment for a timeframe for them to arrive and the plumber wasn't there until after the timeframe I was promised. The last time it was over an hour later when I called to find out where he was. I was told I would be the next one after the job he was heading to. I told the person on the phone how unhappy I was and she said she would relay it to her manager. I've never heard from Colony. When I said I was promised he was to be there in the morning and already an hour later, they told me he would be there soon. He installed my new toilet and I thought he would clean up. I never checked before he left and discovered his footprint and the rings around the toilet that I had to clean. I was very unhappy.

When our furnace stopped working, we decided it was time to replace both our furnace and air conditioning system. After considering our options, we chose Colony due to their competitive pricing, convenience, and the ease of working with them. The entire installation process was seamless and completed on time. The installers were professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything while treating our home with respect. Colony guys installed our new Trane furnace and air conditioning units 2 days ago and I must take a minute to give a shout out to the guys that put it in for us…..they were polite, knowledgeable, helpful and left my house as clean or cleaner than they found it. Great company and great job they did…… and that new furnace is so quiet I can’t hear it running! Thanks!

Colony Heating and Air Conditioning has saved us more than once. They ALWAYS respond quickly and effectively from water leaks to bathroom upgrades. They show up on time and adjust as needed (when other contractors delay the results) and are kind and courteous. I HIGHLY recommend Colony for home and business.

We are very pleased with the work performed. The fireplace pilot would not stay lit. We have had a few other vendors service the fireplace but it continued to give us problems. Colony cleaned the unit thoroughly, painted the interior box and added rock along the front to make the fireplace look new. The technician was pleasant and answered all of our questions. Thank you!
